He bent over backward to accommodate our urgent need for a completely new septic system; returning my call while on vacation, providing a referral to someone who could help us with getting a soil test to get started, and working while sick. On the day the system was installed they arrived early and worked ten hours in 105° weather and didn’t complain at all. They cleaned up after themselves and explained that they left mounds over the field lines since the ground is dry and it will settle.
